Ages 18+ This free, 30-minute seminar, led by Billy Milano of Fitness Intrinsic, is aimed at giving you suggestions for how to help overcome the physical and mental ailments the Pandemic has caused in us all to some degree. Do any of the following sound familiar? Ordering too much take-out, sitting in front of a computer all day, or chipping away at seemingly never-ending “To Do” lists. You can take the first step in helping counter the negative effects of these habits by becoming aware of simple practices to apply to your daily routine. The information in this program will include easy, healthy eating habits and behaviors, meditation through simple, mindful breathing techniques, corrective movements and exercises for postural deviations that may have developed due to working from home or too much sedentary time.
